Formerly known as Shanghai Southeast Copper Pipe Fitting Factory, Shanghai Jianbiao Pipe Fitting Co., Ltd. was founded in 1990. We are a professional manufacturer with over 20 years of experience in designing, producing and processing metal pipe fittings and metal pipelines.

The company owns production and office bases in Pudong Shanghai and Qidong Jiangsu. Our core product range covers tees, elbows, flanges, reducers, pipe penetrators, voice pipes and other fittings. Main raw materials include copper-nickel alloy, stainless steel, pure copper, etc.

Over the years, we have developed water curtain nozzles, upper and lower voice pipe connectors and other customized products in accordance with client requirements, which are widely adopted on vessels and well recognized by customers.

The company participated in drafting the industrial standard CB/T 4155-2011 for water curtain nozzles and voice pipeline fittings. We also cooperate with multiple research institutes to jointly design and develop product application solutions.

Production Capacity

We have a complete production line for copper alloy pipe fittings, equipped with more than 50 sets of production equipment including 500T hydraulic bending push machines, 200T tee forming machines, 300T angle bending machines, microcomputer hydraulic pipe benders, double-head elbow chamfering machines, as well as cutting, forming, heat treatment, machining and surface treatment equipment of various specifications.

Our complete equipment and mature, stable production processes rank among the top domestic level. The nominal diameter of metal pipe fittings ranges from DN6 to DN600, with an annual output value exceeding 200 million RMB.

Quality Control System

To stabilize and improve product quality and control all production processes, the company has established a quality management system led by the General Manager. We compiled the Quality Manual in compliance with GJB9001C-2017 and GB/T19001-2016/ISO9001-2015 standards, together with 14 procedural documents and supporting management rules tailored to our actual operation.

Clear specifications are defined for every production procedure of metal pipe fittings and pipelines, realizing full operational standards and 100% product traceability to guarantee product quality meets customer requirements.

Under the leadership of the General Manager, the company consists of six functional departments: Finance, Sales, Procurement, Production & Technology, Quality Management and Administration. All departments have clear responsibilities and cooperate closely to ensure smooth daily operation.

To fully guarantee product quality, we have successively introduced a full set of testing equipment including automatic multi-functional test benches, imported desktop spectrometers, universal testing machines, impact testers, flaw detectors, hardness testers, and employed professional inspection technicians.
